Conakry, le 21 octobre 2026-Dans le cadre du Forum sur le commerce et l\u2019investissement entre le Royaume-Uni et l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest et du Centre francophone (WCAF V), un panel consacr\u00e9 au th\u00e8me \u00ab Croissance et int\u00e9gration de la cha\u00eene de valeur au Gabon \u00bb a r\u00e9uni des repr\u00e9sentants institutionnels, des investisseurs et des acteurs du financement autour des perspectives de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique du Gabon.<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9changes ont mis en lumi\u00e8re les opportunit\u00e9s offertes par les ressources naturelles du pays, notamment dans les secteurs minier, forestier, agro-industriel et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Les intervenants ont soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la transformation locale des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pour accro\u00eetre la valeur ajout\u00e9e nationale, favoriser la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois et renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n

Serge Samy Biveghe, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Agence nationale de promotion des investissements au Gabon, a \u00e9galement abord\u00e9 les conditions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la mobilisation des investissements, notamment l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du climat des affaires, la s\u00e9curisation des capitaux, la transparence dans la gestion des ressources publiques et la simplification des proc\u00e9dures administratives. Le d\u00e9veloppement des zones \u00e9conomiques sp\u00e9ciales, les partenariats public-priv\u00e9 et la diversification des m\u00e9canismes de financement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s comme des leviers pour accompagner les entreprises, des PME aux grandes industries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Par ailleurs, les intervenants ont insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019adapter les financements aux besoins des entreprises selon leur niveau de d\u00e9veloppement, tout en privil\u00e9giant une pr\u00e9paration rigoureuse des projets et des partenariats mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques entre l\u2019\u00c9tat, les investisseurs et les populations.<\/p>\n

    Les intervenants ont mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance d\u2019une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e associant investissements productifs, infrastructures adapt\u00e9es, transformation industrielle et gouvernance transparente pour soutenir une croissance durable et renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9conomie gabonaise.<\/p>\n
