Cette rencontre s\u2019est tenue en pr\u00e9sence de Monsieur Kab\u00e8l\u00e8 Soumah, Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, de Madame Fatoumata Tour\u00e9, Cheffe de Cabinet, de Monsieur Abdoulaye Sano, Directeur national de la Population et du D\u00e9veloppement, ainsi que du Dr Makan Doumbouya, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Institut National de la Statistique (INS).<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9changes ont port\u00e9 sur le renforcement du partenariat strat\u00e9gique entre la Banque mondiale et la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e dans plusieurs domaines prioritaires. Parmi les sujets abord\u00e9s figurent notamment les Sch\u00e9mas R\u00e9gionaux d\u2019Am\u00e9nagement et de D\u00e9veloppement (SRAD), le renforcement du syst\u00e8me statistique national \u00e0 travers le projet PHASAOC, ainsi que l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur du projet SERA.<\/p>\n

Les discussions ont \u00e9galement permis d\u2019\u00e9voquer l\u2019\u00e9laboration du nouveau Programme de Strat\u00e9gie Pays de la Banque mondiale pour la Guin\u00e9e sur les sept prochaines ann\u00e9es, align\u00e9 sur les priorit\u00e9s nationales et la vision de transformation \u00e9conomique port\u00e9e par le programme Simandou 2040.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, les deux parties ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement du corridor du projet Simandou et des infrastructures de transport associ\u00e9es, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un levier structurant pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique, la mobilit\u00e9 des biens et des personnes, ainsi que l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du d\u00e9veloppement territorial.<\/p>\n

La rencontre a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9voquer la prochaine visite en Guin\u00e9e de Monsieur Makhtar Diop, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Financi\u00e8re Internationale (SFI), une mission qui devrait contribuer \u00e0 renforcer la mobilisation des investissements priv\u00e9s en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique du pays.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9sormais Vice-Gouverneur de la Banque mondiale pour la Guin\u00e9e, Monsieur le Ministre Isma\u00ebl NAB\u00c9 a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son engagement \u00e0 consolider cette coop\u00e9ration et a indiqu\u00e9 compter sur l\u2019expertise et l\u2019accompagnement du Groupe de la Banque mondiale pour soutenir les priorit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement de la Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
