Cette entrevue de haut niveau a permis de consolider la position cl\u00e9 du Bureau d\u2019Appui \u00e0 la Coop\u00e9ration avec l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne (BACUE) en tant que point de contact unique pour la coordination, le suivi et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des initiatives europ\u00e9ennes en R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre Isma\u00ebl NABE a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la vision guin\u00e9enne : pour \u00eatre fructueuse, toute intervention exige une coordination technique sans faille. Le BACUE agira comme un interm\u00e9diaire essentiel pour d\u00e9finir clairement les responsabilit\u00e9s de chacun et aplanir les obstacles administratifs qui freinent actuellement la r\u00e9alisation des projets financ\u00e9s par l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p>En positionnant le BACUE au centre de ce nouveau m\u00e9canisme, le Minist\u00e8re du Plan, de la Coop\u00e9ration internationale et du D\u00e9veloppement aspire \u00e0 restaurer pleinement la confiance des institutions europ\u00e9ennes (Parlement, Cour des comptes) envers la coop\u00e9ration guin\u00e9enne. Cette r\u00e9organisation permettra d&rsquo;anticiper les risques financiers (notamment les \u00ab\u00a0comptes de cash\u00a0\u00bb) et d&rsquo;assurer une transition harmonieuse vers les programmes pr\u00e9vus pour 2024-2026.<\/p>\n<p>Le Chef de la D\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l&rsquo;UE, Xavier STICKER, a accueilli favorablement cette nouvelle approche organisationnelle.
