Construit avec l\u2019appui du groupe fran\u00e7ais Eiffage, en partenariat avec Egis et Vamed, l\u2019h\u00f4pital s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du programme strat\u00e9gique Simandou 2040, qui place la sant\u00e9 et le capital humain au c\u0153ur du d\u00e9veloppement socio-\u00e9conomique de la Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan technique, le projet b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de l\u2019expertise de l\u2019Assistance Publique \u2013 H\u00f4pitaux de Paris, en collaboration avec le Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9, garantissant des infrastructures conformes aux standards internationaux.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son discours, le Ministre Isma\u00ebl NABE a insist\u00e9 sur la port\u00e9e symbolique de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement : \u00ab Le d\u00e9veloppement n\u2019a de sens que s\u2019il am\u00e9liore concr\u00e8tement la vie des populations. Ces infrastructures, con\u00e7ues pour \u00eatre \u00e9volutives et durables, doivent r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sanitaires pr\u00e9sents et futurs de la population guin\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, du Lib\u00e9ria et de la Sierra Leone, N\u2019Z\u00e9r\u00e9kor\u00e9 occupe une position strat\u00e9gique. Pour le Ministre NABE, ce nouvel h\u00f4pital permettra non seulement de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9vacuations m\u00e9dicales, mais aussi de renforcer la coop\u00e9ration sanitaire transfrontali\u00e8re et d\u2019affirmer la souverainet\u00e9 sanitaire de la Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet est rendu possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une convention de cr\u00e9dit entre la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e et BPI France, avec l\u2019appui du Tr\u00e9sor fran\u00e7ais et du Cr\u00e9dit Agricole. Sa r\u00e9alisation technique est confi\u00e9e au groupement EIFFAGE \u2013 EGIS \u2013 VAMED, reconnu pour son expertise dans les grands projets hospitaliers.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre NABE a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019action publique, rendant hommage aux anciens Premiers ministres Mohamed B\u00e9avogui et Dr Bernard Gomou, qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la structuration de ce programme. Il a soulign\u00e9 le r\u00f4le du pool \u00e9conomique du gouvernement dans la mobilisation des financements.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019h\u00f4pital de N\u2019Z\u00e9r\u00e9kor\u00e9 incarne pleinement le Pilier 5 : Sant\u00e9 et Bien-\u00eatre du programme Simandou 2040. \u00ab Simandou 2040 n\u2019est pas uniquement un programme d\u2019industrialisation, c\u2019est un projet de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb, a rappel\u00e9 le Ministre, insistant sur l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable aux soins pour toutes les Guin\u00e9ennes et tous les Guin\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p>Il a par ailleurs indiqu\u00e9 que les chantiers des h\u00f4pitaux de Kindia et de Lab\u00e9, lanc\u00e9s en ao\u00fbt 2024, affichent d\u00e9j\u00e0 35 % d\u2019avancement, avec une livraison pr\u00e9vue en 2027, preuve du respect des engagements de l\u2019\u00c9tat et de la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e de la Guin\u00e9e sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019adressant directement aux habitants de N\u2019Z\u00e9r\u00e9kor\u00e9, le Ministre NABE a martel\u00e9 : \u00ab Cet h\u00f4pital est le v\u00f4tre. Il est un investissement pour nos enfants et une preuve que l\u2019\u00c9tat n\u2019abandonne aucune r\u00e9gion. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le Ministre de la Sant\u00e9, Dr Oumar Diouh\u00e8 BAH, a mis en avant les avantages de cette infrastructure : un cadre de travail moderne, s\u00e9curis\u00e9 et performant, propice \u00e0 l\u2019excellence m\u00e9dicale et au respect du patient.
