chaleureusement accueilli les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations officielles, saluant une initiative porteuse d\u2019espoir pour les jeunes, les femmes et l\u2019ensemble des communaut\u00e9s de Haute-Guin\u00e9e. La construction de cet h\u00f4pital r\u00e9gional a \u00e9t\u00e9 qualifi\u00e9e de \u00ab signal fort \u00bb, traduisant la volont\u00e9 des plus hautes autorit\u00e9s de faire de Kankan un v\u00e9ritable p\u00f4le de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019attractivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au nom du groupement Eiffage, ma\u00eetre d\u2019\u0153uvre du projet aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de ses partenaires Egis et Vamed, le Directeur pays a exprim\u00e9 sa fiert\u00e9 d\u2019accompagner l\u2019\u00c9tat guin\u00e9en et le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 dans la transformation du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 national. Il a rappel\u00e9 que la construction du Centre Hospitalier R\u00e9gional (CHR) de Kankan s\u2019inscrit pleinement dans le cinqui\u00e8me pilier du programme Simandou 2040, consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la Sant\u00e9 et au Bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>Ce programme pr\u00e9voit la r\u00e9alisation de quatre h\u00f4pitaux r\u00e9gionaux \u00e9volutifs, modulaires et durables \u00e0 Kindia, Lab\u00e9, Kankan et Nz\u00e9r\u00e9kor\u00e9. \u00c0 ce jour, les chantiers de Kindia et de Lab\u00e9 affichent un taux d\u2019avancement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 35 %, confirmant la concr\u00e9tisation progressive de cette ambition nationale.<\/p>\n<p>Le futur CHR de Kankan sera un h\u00f4pital ultramoderne de 200 lits, construit sur une superficie d\u2019environ 13 000 m\u00b2 de plain-pied. Il comprendra des p\u00f4les majeurs d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine, \u00e0 la chirurgie et \u00e0 l\u2019obst\u00e9trique. Cette convention couvre \u00e9galement trois autres h\u00f4pitaux r\u00e9gionaux identiques \u00e0 Kindia, Lab\u00e9 et Nz\u00e9r\u00e9kor\u00e9. C\u2019est une approche in\u00e9dite, structurante et \u00e9quitable, qui embrasse les quatre r\u00e9gions naturelles de notre pays\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il a rappel\u00e9 que les exp\u00e9riences de Kindia et de Lab\u00e9, o\u00f9 les travaux ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt 2024 et affichent d\u00e9j\u00e0 35 % d\u2019avancement, avec une livraison attendue en 2027, confortent la solidit\u00e9 du projet. \u00ab L\u2019h\u00f4pital r\u00e9gional de Kankan s\u2019inscrit pleinement dans le Programme Simandou 2040, vision strat\u00e9gique port\u00e9e par le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique pour transformer durablement la Guin\u00e9e. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, il rel\u00e8ve du Pilier 5 : Sant\u00e9 et Bien-\u00eatre, qui place l\u2019humain au c\u0153ur du d\u00e9veloppement. Aucun progr\u00e8s \u00e9conomique, aucune industrialisation, aucune transformation structurelle ne peut \u00eatre durable sans un syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 fort \u00bb, a-t-il insist\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette dynamique, le Ministre Isma\u00ebl NAB\u00c9 a exprim\u00e9 sa profonde reconnaissance \u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues du pool \u00e9conomique et financier, notamment M. Mourana Soumah, Ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie et des Finances, M. Facinet Sylla, Ministre du Budget, ainsi que Dr Karamo Kaba, Gouverneur de la Banque Centrale de la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e (BCRG), pour leur r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la mobilisation et la s\u00e9curisation des ressources financi\u00e8res. Il a \u00e9galement rendu un hommage appuy\u00e9 aux anciens ministres des Finances, M. Moussa Ciss\u00e9 et M. Lancin\u00e9 Cond\u00e9, dont les efforts et les r\u00e9formes ant\u00e9rieurs ont permis de poser des bases solides, facilitant ainsi la mise en \u0153uvre de ce programme hospitalier d\u2019envergure nationale.
