Isma\u00ebl NAB\u00c9, a enregistr\u00e9 une forte participation. \u00c9taient pr\u00e9sents : Madame Fatoumata TOURE, Cheffe de Cabinet du MPCI ; Madame Manuela TORRE, Cheffe de bureau, Charg\u00e9e principale de la Coordination du D\u00e9veloppement et de la Planification Strat\u00e9gique du Bureau de la Coordination du SNU ; des repr\u00e9sentants de plusieurs d\u00e9partements sectoriels ; des directeurs nationaux et g\u00e9n\u00e9raux ; des cadres des Bureaux de Strat\u00e9gies et de D\u00e9veloppement (BSD) ; des repr\u00e9sentants du secteur priv\u00e9, des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, des organisations syndicales ainsi que des partenaires techniques et financiers.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son message de bienvenue, le Directeur National du Plan, Dr Hassan DIALLO, a rappel\u00e9 que cet atelier constitue une \u00e9tape essentielle pour assurer une appropriation nationale du rapport. Il a soulign\u00e9 que ce processus s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche participative ayant mobilis\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble des acteurs concern\u00e9s. Il a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 l\u2019engagement, la d\u00e9termination et le leadership du Ministre du Plan et de la Coop\u00e9ration Internationale. Dans son intervention, il a indiqu\u00e9 que : \u00ab Ce processus volontariste et participatif traduit l\u2019engagement de la Guin\u00e9e \u00e0 promouvoir des politiques sociales inclusives et durables, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de nos populations. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Poursuivant les interventions, Madame Manuela TORRE, au nom du Syst\u00e8me des Nations Unies, a salu\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 du processus de consultation conduit par la Guin\u00e9e. Elle a rappel\u00e9 la convergence entre les engagements pris \u00e0 Doha, les priorit\u00e9s nationales et le Cadre de coop\u00e9ration ONU\u2013Guin\u00e9e 2024\u20132028. Il a rappel\u00e9 que les avanc\u00e9es enregistr\u00e9es dans les domaines de la sant\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de l\u2019emploi, de la protection sociale et de l\u2019autonomisation des femmes t\u00e9moignent de la dynamique de transformation en cours.
