Bureaux de Strat\u00e9gie et de D\u00e9veloppement (BSD), des repr\u00e9sentants du secteur priv\u00e9, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, des observatoires sectoriels et des universitaires. Cette composition plurielle vise \u00e0 garantir un rapport inclusif, scientifiquement robuste et en phase avec les priorit\u00e9s nationales.<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par l\u2019Ambassadeur Kab\u00e8l\u00e8 Soumah, Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Minist\u00e8re du Plan et de la Coop\u00e9ration Internationale, en pr\u00e9sence du Repr\u00e9sentant Adjoint du PNUD et du Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ONDRG, M. Hamidou Diallo. Prenant la parole au nom du Ministre du Plan et de la Coop\u00e9ration Internationale, l\u2019Ambassadeur Kab\u00e8l\u00e8 Soumah a rappel\u00e9 que la Guin\u00e9e se trouve \u00e0 un moment d\u00e9cisif de son d\u00e9veloppement, marqu\u00e9 par la mise en \u0153uvre du Programme Simandou 2040, vision structurante qui oriente les transformations \u00e9conomiques, sociales et institutionnelles du pays. \u00ab\u00a0Il n\u2019y a pas de d\u00e9veloppement sans planification, et il n\u2019y a pas de planification sans donn\u00e9es \u00bb. Cette orientation constitue une avanc\u00e9e majeure dans l\u2019appropriation nationale des outils d\u2019analyse et de pilotage des politiques publiques, en coh\u00e9rence avec les ambitions de Simandou 2040 qui place le capital humain au c\u0153ur du d\u00e9veloppement. Les travaux s\u2019appuieront sur des sources essentielles telles que le Recensement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Population et de l\u2019Habitat (RGPH), les Sch\u00e9mas R\u00e9gionaux d\u2019Am\u00e9nagement et de D\u00e9veloppement (SRAD), les \u00e9tudes sur le dividende d\u00e9mographique, les analyses des infrastructures sociales de base ainsi que les travaux relatifs au budget sensible au genre.<\/p>\n<p>Au c\u0153ur des travaux, M. Diao Diallo, expert du PNUD, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s du Rapport Mondial sur le D\u00e9veloppement Humain (RMDH 2025) ainsi que la d\u00e9marche m\u00e9thodologique qui guidera la production du RNDH 2025. Sa pr\u00e9sentation a permis d\u2019harmoniser la compr\u00e9hension des exigences, des outils analytiques et des approches recommand\u00e9es pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 du document.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, M. Hamidou Diallo, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ONDRG, a expos\u00e9 le cadre conceptuel, les objectifs strat\u00e9giques et les th\u00e9matiques prioritaires du rapport.
