L\u2019audience s\u2019est tenue en pr\u00e9sence du Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, M. Kab\u00e8l\u00e8 SOUMAH, de la Cheffe de cabinet, Mme Fatoumata TOURE, ainsi que des responsables de l\u2019Institut National de la Statistique (INS), Dr Makan DOUMBOUYA et M. Mamadou CAMARA, respectivement Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium \/><\/p>\n<p>Cette rencontre marque une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive dans la concr\u00e9tisation de l\u2019objectif visant \u00e0 former 150 statisticiens et d\u00e9mographes guin\u00e9ens sur une p\u00e9riode de cinq ans, avec le soutien de la Banque mondiale \u00e0 travers le Projet PHASAOC.<\/p>\n<p>Les concours, organis\u00e9s en f\u00e9vrier, avril et ao\u00fbt 2025, ont permis l\u2019admission de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Ing\u00e9nieurs Statisticiens \u00c9conomistes (ISE) ;<\/li>\n<li>3 Analystes Statisticiens ;<\/li>\n<li>38 Ing\u00e9nieurs des Pratiques Statistiques (IPS) Aujourd\u2019hui, en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, dans presque tous les minist\u00e8res, les statisticiens sont les conseillers techniques des ministres. Vous partez comme \u00e9tudiants, mais vous reviendrez en Guin\u00e9e comme futurs conseillers techniques de nos d\u00e9partements. C\u2019est l\u2019objectif\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre Isma\u00ebl NABE a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 que des discussions sont en cours avec le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019INS pour pr\u00e9parer l\u2019int\u00e9gration professionnelle des laur\u00e9ats\u00a0: \u00ab Nous travaillons \u00e0 proposer au gouvernement un m\u00e9canisme d\u2019emploi dans les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements minist\u00e9riels, afin que vous deveniez les conseillers techniques des ministres. Vous \u00eates les ambassadeurs de l\u2019Institut national de la Statistique, du Minist\u00e8re du Plan et de la Coop\u00e9ration internationale, et de la Guin\u00e9e toute enti\u00e8re. Quand vous r\u00e9ussissez, c\u2019est tout le pays qui en tire fiert\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Il a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 le soutien total du minist\u00e8re : \u00ab La proc\u00e9dure commenc\u00e9e ici se poursuivra jusqu\u2019\u00e0 votre insertion dans la fonction publique, si vous ne l\u2019\u00eates pas d\u00e9j\u00e0. Allez-y avec discr\u00e9tion, politesse et sagesse pour montrer ce que c\u2019est qu\u2019un Guin\u00e9en. Je sais que vous en \u00eates capables. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>M. NABE a rassur\u00e9 les laur\u00e9ats quant \u00e0 leur avenir professionnel, affirmant que le Gouvernement prendra toutes les dispositions n\u00e9cessaires pour leur insertion dans les services statistiques publics.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, le Ministre Isma\u00ebl NABE a adress\u00e9 ses remerciements au Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019INS et \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe pour leur engagement en faveur de la promotion de l\u2019excellence statistique en Guin\u00e9e.
