Elle constitue l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019un processus de r\u00e9flexion commune et le point de d\u00e9part d\u2019une aventure prometteuse. \u00ab Le Programme de Renforcement des Capacit\u00e9s de Planification et de Gestion du D\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9pond aux d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la planification et \u00e0 la gestion du d\u00e9veloppement. Il vise \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles et op\u00e9rationnelles n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution efficiente des cadres strat\u00e9giques nationaux et des instruments de coop\u00e9ration internationale, en appui \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du Programme Simandou 2040 et \u00e0 l\u2019atteinte des Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre NABE a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que ce programme contribuera \u00e0 renforcer la gouvernance \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re, notamment \u00e0 travers le d\u00e9veloppement du Syst\u00e8me National de Planification (SNP), l\u2019optimisation de la coordination de l\u2019aide publique au d\u00e9veloppement, l\u2019instauration d\u2019un dialogue structur\u00e9 avec les partenaires techniques et financiers, ainsi qu\u2019un suivi-\u00e9valuation rigoureux des partenariats de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de rappeler que le budget de ce programme s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 16 141 589 dollars am\u00e9ricains. Son financement se r\u00e9partit comme suit : une contribution du PNUD d\u2019un million (1 000 000) de dollars am\u00e9ricains en nature, soit 6,20 % du montant global ; une contribution du Gouvernement de 1 614 159 dollars am\u00e9ricains en nature, soit 10 % du montant global ; et un montant de 13 527 430 dollars am\u00e9ricains, soit 83,80 % du financement global, \u00e0 mobiliser.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre a invit\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes agences du Syst\u00e8me des Nations Unies \u00e0 s\u2019investir dans le financement de ce programme.
