Conakry, le 11 mars 2025 – Le Ministre du Plan et de la Coop\u00e9ration Internationale, Ismael NABE, a re\u00e7u en audience M. Anthony Ohemeng, Repr\u00e9sentant r\u00e9sident du Programme des Nations Unies pour le D\u00e9veloppement (PNUD) en Guin\u00e9e. Cette rencontre a \u00e9t\u00e9 l’occasion de renforcer les liens de coop\u00e9ration entre la Guin\u00e9e et le PNUD, partenaire strat\u00e9gique du pays dans la mise en \u0153uvre de son programme de d\u00e9veloppement. \u00c9taient \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 cette rencontre, le Directeur National des Organisations Internationales, Alphadjo Idriss HANN, ainsi que le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Adjoint de l\u2019Observatoire National du D\u00e9veloppement, Karamo KABA.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un message de bienvenue de Monsieur le Ministre, M. Ohemeng a exprim\u00e9 sa satisfaction d’\u00eatre en Guin\u00e9e qu’il consid\u00e8re comme son second pays. Les discussions ont ensuite port\u00e9 sur les opportunit\u00e9s de collaboration dans divers secteurs, en mettant un accent particulier sur le Programme Simandou 2040. Ce programme ambitieux vise un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et social durable inspir\u00e9 des mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9ussite internationale.<\/p>\n

Le Ministre Ismael NABE a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la disponibilit\u00e9 de son d\u00e9partement \u00e0 travailler avec le Syst\u00e8me des Nations Unies et en particulier avec le PNUD. Il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les principales orientations du Programme Simandou 2040, notamment son approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e combinant d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures, renforcement du capital humain et diversification \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n

Parmi les initiatives \u00e9voqu\u00e9es, le Ministre NABE a mis en avant les catalyseurs du Programme Simandou 2040. En premier lieu, figurent le projet Simandou, le fonds souverain, la notation du pays et le renforcement de la gouvernance. Des objectifs clairs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis, notamment la construction de 10 000 km de routes et d\u2019autoroutes sur les quinze prochaines ann\u00e9es, la mise en place d\u2019infrastructures \u00e9ducatives et sanitaires, ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement de p\u00f4les agricoles et industriels avec l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de 10 millions d\u2019hectares de terres arables. L\u2019objectif est de consolider les bases du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique national en optimisant l\u2019exploitation des ressources naturelles et en valorisant le potentiel humain du pays.<\/p>\n

Dans cette dynamique, l’appui technique et institutionnel du PNUD, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis un expert \u00e0 disposition de la Direction Nationale du Plan, est \u00e0 saluer. Par ailleurs, le cabinet KPMG collaborera avec l\u2019ensemble des acteurs, y compris le Syst\u00e8me des Nations Unies, pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration des cadres strat\u00e9giques du programme.<\/p>\n

Pour conclure, le Ministre Isma\u00ebl NAB\u00c9 s\u2019est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9 \u00e0 coordonner les diff\u00e9rentes requ\u00eates sectorielles afin d\u2019assurer une mise en \u0153uvre efficace et coh\u00e9rente des projets de d\u00e9veloppement. Cette collaboration s\u2019inscrit dans une vision de partenariat durable visant \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019\u00e9mergence de la Guin\u00e9e et son int\u00e9gration dans les dynamiques de coop\u00e9ration internationale.<\/p>\n

Cette audience marque ainsi une \u00e9tape importante dans le renforcement du partenariat entre la Guin\u00e9e et le PNUD, avec pour ambition commune de promouvoir un d\u00e9veloppement inclusif et durable.<\/p>\n
