Dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre des activit\u00e9s du quatri\u00e8me Recensement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Population et l’Habitation (RGPH-4), le Minist\u00e8re du Plan et de la Coop\u00e9ration Internationale \u00e0 travers l’Institut National de la Statistique (INS) a lanc\u00e9 officiellement, le mercredi 09 ao\u00fbt 2023, les travaux de formation des agents de collecte de donn\u00e9es de la cartographie pilote dans la salle de formation du Centre d\u2019Etude et de Documentation Universitaire Scientifique et Technique (CEDUST).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture de cette session de formation qui se d\u00e9roulera du 09 au 21 ao\u00fbt 2023 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’Institut National de la Statistique (INS) en compagnie de l’\u00e9quipe technique du Bureau Central du Recensement (BCR).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Prenant la parole, Monsieur Aly KOMAH, Directeur Technique du BCR a, tout d\u2019abord, d\u00e9clin\u00e9 l’importance de la pr\u00e9sente formation qui vise \u00e0 outiller les agents sur la m\u00e9thodologie de collecte de donn\u00e9es sur le terrain. En outre, il a rappel\u00e9 la transparence qui a caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 le choix des agents s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, avant d\u2019inviter les formateurs \u00e0 fournir le maximum d\u2019efforts pour donner un enseignement de qualit\u00e9 aux apprenants afin qu’ils soient efficaces sur le terrain.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Dans son Discours de circonstance, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’INS a, au nom de la Ministre du Plan et de la Coop\u00e9ration Internationale, remerci\u00e9 les agents pour avoir postuler et se porter volontiers \u00e0 servir l’INS dans cette op\u00e9ration de grande envergure. Il a aussi rappel\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de cette phase pilote qui permettra \u00e0 l’\u00e9quipe technique de tester les outils m\u00e9thodologiques, les mat\u00e9riels et \u00e9quipements de terrain avant la phase de la cartographie censitaire proprement dite.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Poursuivant son intervention, Dr Makan DOUMBOUYA a invit\u00e9 les agents retenus sur la base de la s\u00e9lection via la plateforme de recrutement en ligne, \u00e0 suivre avec attention, assiduit\u00e9 et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance les modules qui leur seront dispens\u00e9s pendant la formation, comme s\u2019ils passaient un examen. Car, pr\u00e9cisera-t–<\/a>il, seuls les meilleurs seront s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u00e0 l’issue de l\u2019\u00e9valuation qui va sanctionner la fin de cette formation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En d\u00e9finitive, il convient de noter, hormis quelques cadres du BCR, 48 agents dont 6 femmes suivent la pr\u00e9sente session de formation pour une dur\u00e9e de 12 jours. A l\u2019issue de laquelle, une \u00e9valuation sera organis\u00e9e par le personnel d\u2019encadrement afin de retenir 32 agents de collecte de donn\u00e9es pour cette phase pilote.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
